The sky’s the limit – Gulfstream’s new London showroom redefines luxury in flight

When investing in a private jet with a price tag upwards of $82 million, selecting the right interiors is about more than just aesthetics — it’s about crafting your ideal flying experience. From the texture of your seat to the finish of your cutlery, Gulfstream understands that for long hours in the sky, comfort and personal style are paramount.

Now, the iconic aviation brand is elevating the process further with a newly redesigned 5,500-square-foot showroom in the heart of Mayfair, London. This immersive space brings Gulfstream’s legendary craftsmanship and cutting-edge outfitting technology to life — right in the city centre.

Stepping inside, you’ll find yourself surrounded by full-scale cabin mock-ups, including the Gulfstream G400, G700, and G800, alongside the award-winning G500 and G600 customisable seat collections. Here, you can test out seating configurations, materials, and layouts in a realistic cabin setting — before ever placing an order.

We were granted an exclusive tour to explore every luxurious detail of the showroom. From handcrafted leather sporting seats to plush Loro Piana cashmere finishes, and even Baccarat-inspired tableware, Gulfstream offers customisation down to the last thread and trim. Every surface, seat, and accessory can be tailored to your exact specifications.

The experience is enhanced by the brand’s London-based interior design team, who expertly guide you through an extensive palette of finishes, veneers, floor coverings, leathers, and textiles. One standout is the Oceanic Design Theme — a soothing combination of soft neutrals and deep-sea blues inspired by the sea’s natural elegance.

The showroom also features advanced design tech, including Gulfstream’s i3D Cabin Creator and exterior paint visualisation technology — displayed via a large-scale power wall — which allows you to explore countless layout options and customisation choices on a cinematic scale.

Behind all the glamour is a legacy of innovation. Gulfstream Aerospace has been pushing boundaries since it introduced the world’s first purpose-built business aircraft, the Gulfstream I, in 1958. Today, more than 3,300 Gulfstream jets are in operation worldwide. So, whether you’re flying for business or leisure, this is more than a showroom — it’s a preview of a lifestyle lived far above the clouds.
